J & B Remodeling and Roofing runs this site to describe the work we do around Lawton and to let you ask for an estimate.

We keep the pages current. Even so, prices, materials and lead times move, so treat everything here as a description rather than an offer.

Estimates cost nothing and put you under no obligation. John comes out, looks at the job and gives you a number.

An estimate covers the work he could see on the day. Rot under decking, failed sheathing and similar surprises turn up once the old material comes off, and they change the price. John shows you before he carries on.

Each written estimate says how long its price holds.

Accept an estimate and the written contract for that job sets the scope, the schedule, the payments and the warranty.

Nothing on this website changes those terms. Where the two disagree, your contract wins.
